橘子雞蛋烤布丁

這個形狀漂亮,味道溫和的布丁,很容易擄獲孩子的心。在布丁裡放入酸酸甜甜的橘子烘烤,不小心挖到果肉,還會噴出新鮮的果汁。
橘子的維生素C能幫助吸收牛奶的鈣質,再加上雞蛋中所含的卵磷脂,也能讓營養達到均衡。

材料:
橘子 ··························································1顆
雞蛋 ··························································3個
紅糖 ······················································ 4湯匙
牛奶 ················································ 250毫升
鮮奶油 ················································· 1/4杯
無鹽奶油 ················································少許
發粉 ··························································少許

步驟:
1.橘子去皮,連同果肉上的白色纖維也要撕得乾乾淨淨。較大瓣的橘子再切一次。

2.用攪拌器攪拌雞蛋與糖,直到糖溶化, 再倒入牛奶與鮮奶油,繼續攪拌到食材混合為止。

3.在布丁容器裡,均勻塗抹溶化的無鹽奶油,稍微灑點發粉。接著放入適量的橘子片,把的液體倒到容器高度的一半。

4.把1杯水先倒入烤箱烤盤,再把3的布丁連同容器置於烤盤上。請放入以170℃預熱的烤箱裡,烤30分鐘即可。
